Hello Masters families,
The time has arrived for our exciting journey to begin. It was wonderful to meet all of you on Tuesday night and get acquainted as we launch into learning together this year. Carlyssa, we missed you on last Tuesday, but are looking forward to meeting you tomorrow on our first day. Hold on tight as we will all learn a load of information balanced with serious/silly tone.
Just a reminder to parents: please have your student bring a backpack to transport their Take-Home Folder tomorrow and have them bring pencils for some writing in class. If any mom would like to volunteer to be an official mom helper (I could use more than one if the interest is there) please let me know tomorrow. It would work best if this is a mom who does not have students in the other classes. Most of the moms will be present during class, but this would be a second pair of eyes and hands to assist the students during classroom activities. I know all of the moms will be there to pitch in, so thank you in advance for all of your help.
Tomorrow will be a jam packed day as we learn our routines and classroom procedures, please review the parent letter, handout and Colossians 1:9-12 as we prepare our hearts for Week One. I also ask that you remember our class and the entire Foundations family in prayer as we begin the 2009-10 year together.
Many blessings,
Tina Gaines
